How it works

Every week follows the same eight-step loop on the one application you grow across the program.

1. 01

   Understand

   Start with the business problem. Decide where AI belongs and where plain code must stay in charge.

2. 02

   Build

   Assemble the application, its tools, its data and the contracts between them.

3. 03

   Run

   Put real inputs through the system and watch what it actually does.

4. 04

   Break

   Push it until it fails, on purpose — bad inputs, missing data, confused agents.

5. 05

   Trace

   Follow each step of the run to find exactly where and why it went wrong.

6. 06

   Fix

   Add guardrails, validation and recovery so it can't fail that way again.

7. 07

   Evaluate

   Score the system against clear standards instead of trusting a good-looking demo.

8. 08

   Deploy

   Ship it live with monitoring, so you know when something changes.
