What you are agreeing to

When you sign at the end of the planner, you confirm that the idea you described is yours to share, and you give Columbus App Builders permission and authority to use it for one purpose above all: designing, pricing, and building your project.

That includes writing your blueprint, preparing estimates, producing designs, and building and deploying the software for you.

Your idea stays confidential

We treat the details of your idea as confidential business information. We do not sell it, publish it, or hand it to another client, and we do not build the same idea for a competitor at your expense.

Only the people who need it — your build team and the staff supporting your project — can see your full submission.

How CAB Conductor learns

CAB Conductor is the intelligence that runs our build process. It learns from patterns across many projects: which questions clarify a scope quickly, how long certain features actually take, where builds tend to stall.

Your signature allows us to use your project in that learning. We use the shape of the work, not your identity: names, contact details, brand names, and other identifying information are stripped before anything is used for improvement.

We do not train outside AI models on your confidential project content.

Who owns what

You own your idea, your brand, your content, and your data. Once your project is fully paid for, you own the finished application built for you.

We keep ownership of our own tooling, templates, internal frameworks, and the CAB Conductor system itself, including any general improvements we make to them.

Accuracy of what you sign

The review screen shows what we understood about your idea, marked as something you told us, something we recommend, or something we assumed. Confirming a section means it is accurate enough for us to plan and price against.

If we got something wrong, use Edit. Changing your mind later is fine too — scope changes are handled as change requests, which may affect price and timeline.

Withdrawing permission

You can ask us to stop using your project for improvement at any time by contacting us. We will honour it going forward.

We keep the signed record itself — your name, signature, date, and the version of these terms — as proof of what was agreed.
